when you hired me to a short staffed pharmacy that's still only kind of crawling along, you hired me for full time. last time i checked, full time is 35-40 hours a weeks. this is what i was promised when i was hired.
why does the end of flu season mean that i have to start working part time hours? that i might lose my benefits??
you can't afford to hire more techs but you won't schedule us for enough hours to get things done in the pharmacy and now you're paying me ~300$ less per pay period when my pay is already below the average for my position -- and at cap to boot. you undervalue your employees from pharmacy to front of store and then you short us time for breaks and you short us support while we smile and take abuse from the customers while asking if they're interested in your credit card and your app and would they like to sign up for save a trip refills even though it doesn't work. where would you like me to find time to make 60 cold calls to my patients? between filling scripts? between patients at the front counter? while i'm unpacking my pharmacy order?
tell the customers we'll get through this together if that makes you feel better. soon, you'll be getting through it without me.
