Hello all, brand new ESM here. Hired from outside the company. Was told I'd be moved to another store after my training is done at my current store. Just a question for CSAs, SFLs, BCs, IS's and any Pharmacy team members -

When I go to my new store,

Front Store team - what kind of expectations would you have for your new ESM, what would be good things you'd want to see from your new ESM? What should I avoid doing?

Pharmacy team - what would you want in terms of help from a new ESM. Basically same question that I gave front store for you guys as well.

Just trying to go into my new store fully prepared with a plan.
