OKI C931 Question

I am trying to print 3.75x5.25 envelopes for an order and Nextlab is flipping it from suspended to printing. It never asked for me to verify the media check and the OKI does not have any error messages on it. Any one got any ideas? I’ve tried restarting both the OKI and Nextlab multiple times with no success. The OKI has not had issues with anything else printing from it.
