My store’s digital camera that we use to take our passport photos gave out on us. While waiting on the new one to come in, we have been taking the pictures straight from our phones. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max. All pictures in my camera roll show up fine on the kiosk except for the ones I would have just taken of a customer. Other associates (iPhone users, unsure of which model) have had no issues pulling the pictures they take up on the kiosk. I have gone through my settings and matched my photo options, backup, and syncing to all the other employees but it’s still no use. It’s super inconvenient to have to ask one of them for their phone just to be able to do a passport. This question is probably way out in left field, but is there anyone else having the same issues? Any suggestions on how to fix this? Passports are pretty inconvenient anyway, but it’s super awkward struggling with the kiosk while customer’s eyes burn holes in me.
