Any other cashiers get treated like garbage by shift leads who hate to do anything cashier related?

This is a long time coming but i’ve finally hit my point. Does anyone else have shift leads who will do everything BUT help a cashier? I’ll call for an ic3, dead silence, call for a card reload or gift card, dead silence, ask someone to cover so i can use the bathroom, dead silence, ask someone to cover for my break, dead silence. I’m planning on bringing this up to my SM tomorrow when we have our engagement survey. It’s genuinely incredible how disrespected cashiers are in my store at least. I get we’re supposed to have two cashiers but i’m the only one on my shift ever so i have to call leadership. And it’s so aggravating.
