i’m done, this new covid vaccine is the last straw. 4 people every 15 minutes aka 16 an hour when we don’t even have four people on the schedule. we need better expectations and conditions for the patients. it’s not fair that people are told their vaccine will be quick and easy and then we are subject to this mass demand without the staff or appropriate resources. we need better computers. do you know how much faster we could function with properly working technology? i don’t but i know it’s a lot. we need better pay and boundaries for ourselves. we aren’t slaves. we can’t be expected to be killing ourselves for barely a living wage. management needs to treat us as people and not Walgreens slaves. if anyone is in the chicago area working in walgreens feeling the same let me know. i’m going to bring it up in my store tomorrow.
