My wife works at a Walgreens store as a SFL. Long story short she went on maternity leave and has been back to work for the past 2 months. According to SEDGWICK she never got permission for her leave ( they lost her paperwork ×2) so my wife has been kicked out of the system leaving her unable to clock in. Her GM can't log her hours either so her GM's solution to the issue is to pay her out of the till every pay week until Sedgwick gets their crap together and gets her back in the system. This seems very strange to me. Anyone else experience anything like this?
