seriously in what world was this a good idea? i’m sure the big wigs somehow figured it would save them money, though logically i don’t see how when they have to ship it all out, and also are certainly going to be losing patients once more realize what an idiotic system it is. not to mention the mistakes. also seriously walgreens SWITCHED TO PLASTIC BAGS WHEN THE NORM NOWADAYS IS TO BE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS ARE THEY SERIOUS? also we look like idiots promising something will be in but it’s delayed with no explanation because we aren’t even given one. of course none of these people interact with the customer and feel their wrath so they don’t care, and i can’t blame customers for being pissed. someone called saying they were out of their LISINOPRIL for days because cenfill had it for 3 days. it’s literally compromising people’s health. i hope you all are jumping off this sinking ship, because i sure as hell am as soon as i get another job offer.
