I was going out of town for work last Tuesday. I had a dr. Appt from Circle Medical and they sent my vyvanse script to be refilled on the Thursday before. She clearly stated that I needed an early fill to be picked up on Monday before I left. (I only had enough to get me through Thursday the week I left- came back Friday).

I called on Monday to get it filled as I always do and was told before I go to the store.

They refused to fill it. They say the note never stated anything with it. And because this is an online dr. I couldn’t get hold of anyone for a day or 2. When I did get hold of someone, they SHOWED me the note in the script.

Figured I could potentially go a day without it but I panicked cuz I had a 5.5 hour drive and it probably wouldn’t be good without my meds.

Either way, I called on Thursday to get an update… and they’re ALL OUT!!!

I went a day without my meds because of this and had to call around to see if any pharmacy had anything.

Is this even legal? Could they lie to me in telling me they never saw the note??
