Places to help with grief?

Sorry if this is morbid and a bad place to post but I’m from South Wales and my dad passed away on Saturday so I’m looking for some sort of site or places where recent widowers can talk for my mother, obviously I know it’s not ideal with covid but hopefully there maybe be some places online for the time being?
