Ok a little bit of context, I work at a family run restaurant on the Canary islands. I actively started working as a waiter about 2 years ago. My dad is the cook and boss, and my stepmom is front of the house.

So, we get an Italian couple with 2 little boys, both more or less 3 to 4 years old. They all sit down and I go inside to get them the menu, when I come back outside I see that one of the boys is "playing" with a little lizard(on the Canary islands they are seen as a sign of good luck so we just leave them), but playing in the picking and squishing kind of way, just as I was about to tell him to stop that it slipped away so I said nothing.

They order food and drinks, while they wait the boys walk around the terrace exploring. Food is ready and I bring everything out, the mom takes the boys to the bathroom and only the dad is there, it's them that I noticed that the boys apparently started entertaining themselves by breaking the shells in our wall decorations (Wich my mom had just redone 2 days ago), I tell the dad that he should please watch what his children are doing, he more or less says sorry and laugh's it off.

Then while they are eating the boys leave again, this time to rip out the plants we have planted and start digging holes. My dad See's it and goes to their table telling them to please stop and suggest that maybe they should just Stay at the table.

A few minutes later the dad walks in and asks for the bill, I start writing it when my dad comes around the corner and tells me that they already left a 1 star review, complaining about how the staff was unfriendly and the place was not welcoming to children. It was at this point that the rage started to rise but I tried to keep it down.

I bring them the bill and start to prepare the device for card payment, while I do that he says in the most smug and arrogant way "we will finish our lunch at home then". That's when I fucking lost it.

I put away the device and said something like: "I have never meet parents more incompetent than you two dipshits, if you continue to ignore what your children do, like torturing small animals, they will end up as nice little psychopath's, and to be delusional enough to see yourself in the wrong is another level of being an asshole." Then he was gonna say something but I cut him off with: "shut your dumb mouth you asshole, whatever you want to say shove it up your ass and pay your bill". He was speechless after that and paid the bill. He wanted say something after that but I had already turned around and started walking away.

Both my stepmom and dad agreed that they deserved it. And let me tell you, this might have been the most satisfying thing I have ever done.
