Still in training and doing a graveyard!

I've only been in training for a few weeks, and I work nights. I will be be doing my first graveyard shift on my own from the start of my shift to the end of my shift. I'm so worried that if I get slammed im going to have a full blown break down.( Its a well known 24hr restaurant. ) Any advice?
