I know I work in an area where people don’t too to the standard(15-20%) but I think it is an insult to tip like less than 5 dollars unless you just getting a beer… I love all my tables and I give them the best service … I get to everyone within one min, and get drinks and breed to them the moment they are ready, I run their food and I can handle quite a few tables… and usually I get the standard tips and I am very grateful for those guest that are kind enough to leave that… for me it those ones that act like giving you 5 dollars or a 150 tab is a favor. I am still gonna pay taxes on that so would rather them leave 0. Of you can’t tip I get it but then don’t, leaving a dollar is a slap and not the way I want … I am seriously considering giving people back their tip or saying thank you for the gesture but I’ll type in 0 or thank you but no need. I don’t want to be seen as ungrateful but 5 dollars and below for service that was perfect, I know how it sounds but I gotta be my own biggest hype man, is just a no for me… am I being unreasonable and a giant bitch or not???
