Tips and advice on how to be a good waiter in a Mexican Restaurant?
Post Body

My boss is Peruvian and his wife is Mexican and they make tex-mex Mexican food. My only food work experience is that I took a few culinary classes and I did maintenance at McDonald's and I have my food handlers card/certification (safeserv). I'm aware these probably mean very little in terms of waiting/bussing tables.

My bosses two sons work with him as waiters one for the morning and one for the night and they both say they make good money. We have two waitresses both are very beautiful but one doesn't smile very often and is always on her phone and talks very rudely to the boss while the other is very nice always smiles and is very attentive.

Any tips and advice on how to be a good waiter in a Mexican Restaurant?
