Does anyone know how to get a hold of live support?

I didn’t receive a cancellation out from a cancelled boarding that was supposed to start yesterday am. I’ve sent a couple messages to support, submitted one of those incorrect payment forms, and the chat not doesn’t ever link to a live person no matter how many times I ask for one. I can’t figure out how to get. A hold of anyone. Is this normal for wag?
