Is there a long running lore for your CAWs in Universe Mode?

Me and my brother used to take it seriously back in the 2k14/15 days and there are some of my CAWs who still exist to this day with a bunch of additions as much creating skills and creativity got better.
I try to keep an existing lore for each of my CAWs going into the next game, but its hard playing on Universe Mode considering I'll go for 5 years to a decade, so nowadays I just do a soft reboot going into each game (certain wins and relationships)
I was just wondering if anyone is the same.
