Can the old school mania songs in showcase menu be used elsewhere?

I noticed my favorite theme ever in showcase mode. I actually think it's the theme from Rumble 92, though it may have been used in a mania, I'm not sure. I believe there's also a song from mania 2000 if I recall. I didn't see these in jukebox, however. Are these songs available anywhere else, like universe mode when creating shows?
