The issues with the tag team titles both men's and women's are in the masses
The Men's tags are being defended barely and by people who aren't even a fully dedicated tag team, yes whilst the usos were part of the bloodline they were also dedicated and a historical tag team, as was RKBro, meanwhile Finn and Damian are more infused into the faction stuff more than typical tag teams, the raw and Smackdown titles need to be split again and reaffirmed that they will stay exclusive to their brands for the forseeable future, that way teams like Street Profits, The New Day, ATown Down Under, just to name a few can win these titles they can be defended by committing and strictly sole tag teams titles can have some prestige to them but to give them the prestige similar to that of a world title is a bit much.
As for the womens, there is only one and that is starting to be an issue, the way I see it the womens tags need to be divided, one for raw one for SD AND one for NXT. like the men's.
There are more womens tags being produced and to have one champions for both brands is becoming impossible. As of the most recent Raw (20/11/2023) the champions have mainly defended on raw and have rarely crossed the bridge they have open access to. The Tag team titles could be something worth watching if the wwe would pull the trigger and allow more open and freedom for these titles and these tag teams.
