I'm curious what everyone here considers the greatest heel run in all of wrestling, as for me I think that it's Roman's current reign as champion, but I know there's a lot of different ways to view this.
To me I think the storytelling of him going from the forced and rejected top face, to the naturally hated monster heel he's become has been great. He's looked unstoppable, strong, but has also made it without burying the entire roster as he relies on help in all his close matches.
My last point is that under him we've gotten an entire crop of top faces, and he's only helped grow that roster. People become big by fighting him, and losing the match hasn't stopped the momentum of many of his top opponents. People like Jey, Cody, and Sami have all gotten even bigger since losing to Roman.
