What would make this years Rumble “a failure”?

I’m pretty sure I speak for most fans when I say I’m super excited for the Rumble tomorrow, probably the most excited I’ve been in a few years!
But given how much of a disaster last years was, and the fact it’s Triple H’s first one, I’m curious - what would make this years a failure or even just a bad one?
Unpopular winner? (Although I don’t think too many people would be pissed if it is Cody, I’m hoping for Sami tho) Not enough surprises? Dumb finishes?
