Boost issues?

Hey everyone! Not sure if this is the right place to post but Iām having some sort of boost issues with my 2019 wrx. The car under partial acceleration is great, like if I hold the car at like 8-10 psi it goes quick with no issues through every gear at any rpm. The problem is when I WOT at 100% and the car tries to push anywhere from 14-20 psi, the car loses major power and hits this imaginary limiter almost as if I have antilag. Any ideas on what the issue could be?
