I placed an order with them over the weekend last week, money was taken from account and I received two emails - one was confirmation of purchase and the other basically said "out of stock items may take longer, but customer support will reach out within 48 hours to notify you. Also don't worry, this is an automated email so your item may not be out of stock".
By Wednesday I hadn't heard anything so I emailed to ask if the item was out of stock or they were just backed up, any info. At the end of the day I received a response telling me they were escalating it and I'd hear something back. Didn't hear back from them by Friday evening so I sent a follow up asking for any information, even bare bones to just keep me informed of what is happening with the several hundred dollars I gave them.
I've still not heard anything back. I ordered from four other companies at the same time and not only did all of them send me information immediately after purchase, everything has already arrived. Is this fairly normal for JDMuscle or do I need to call them and stay on top of them for this? Or just do a chargeback and go on my merry way with another company?
