2019 just started being very laggy on boost

We have about 80k miles on the car. Just bought it a month ago and I'm new to Subaru. Car has been fine until this morning it started to not really spool up until about 4k RPM Rather than 2500 like normal.
Any idea why it would happen all the sudden? Car is stock, and granted the weather in Houston is getting warmer now. Not sure if that would affect the factory tune that much
