AF trim is all over the place

Been having issues where my AF learning is done towards -18, -19 when idling and multiple DAM drops bc my ECU is pulling timing. Car gets random Cat codes..so I’m thinking it’s just that. Also on cold start car idles very rough(I have a video of that) any ideas?
