I have an 07 WRX TR with a cracked up pipe I’m looking to replace. I got a deal on a tsx up pipe and have been looking for shops to install it for me since I don’t have time . They have all refused due to them saying it’s illegal. 07s don’t have cats in the up pipe so I’m wondering why it would be illegal as well as any advise on what to do. It’s winter and I’ve already tried getting under there but it’s gonna take a while to do myself. Also any shop recommendations around Springfield Massachusetts?
