If you would like to verify your account, & acquire a “verified user” post flare ability, please follow these steps: (1) write your username, today’s date, & your general area in WNY on white paper with a marker. (2) crumple the paper, then un-crumple it (3) take three separate photos / selfies holding the paper. Photos need not include your face, or be NSFW. (4) upload your verification photos to Imgur, Redgifs, or another image hosting site. (5) submit your verification photos using modmail, with the direct link to your photos included, with “verification” in the subject line. All verification photos will be 100% confidential. If you are posting from a low karma account, and our spam filter deleted your post, verification will be necessary to post to the subreddit. Thank you.
