Got an Anker C1000 power pack from Amazon just a few weeks before the storm. It runs our fridge and a few small electronics for about 12 hours and only takes about 1 hour to charge. Never knew this was a thing, or that they charge that fast.
Our neighbors running generators 16-18 hours per day to keep fridge powered, they would have already saved enough in fuel to pay for the C1000. We didn't get it, but solar panels are available as well but I think that takes 4 hour to charge in full sun.
We hope everyone who is left gets power back soon. Enjoy your days.
