This is probably quite a simple but I’m looking for a better way to collect some information from the users that subscribe to my monthly plans. After the user picks a plan I want to collect their “TradingView username” so I can grant them access to my software. I’ve added a simple data Collection box at the bottom of my plans page and I currently tell them to fill it out after subscribing. But the box is there to fill out even if you’ve not subscribed so users keep filling it in without getting a plan. Is there a cleaner way I can get this information from members maybe even after they’ve joined or even better would be in the sign up process after they’ve picked a plan. With my current box I take their first and last name also so I can identify their TradingView name to the recent subscription. Any suggestions would be much appreciated :)
