Slow e-commerce site on Wix

Hi guys, I have an e-commerce site built on the Wix platform (needing some help not a talking to about Wix) I have attached two snippets explaining what its problem is. I/ have tried for days to fix it and get nowhere I am a total novice and just don't get it. The site loads slowly anyway can someone look at the attachments and advise what a dummy like me can do? thanks, SOOO much
