PA scanning document question

Hello, quick question, I just completed my paper for D485 cloud security, and I was going to submit it after it scanned for similarity.
But right now it’s saying “a scan is not required for your attachment” why is that?
This is a normal paper just like any other class I’ve submitted before. Just want to make sure I’m following the rules. Thanks!
