I think I have imposter syndrome

Has anyone else gone through this? It’s bad for me right now. Mentally I’m in a spot where I’m not sure if I can get through it. I’m in need of any tips or information to try and get through this. Currently in the bachelors of cyber and information assurance. Is there a different program that would be better or more suited for me? Little experience coming in.
