2 WFH jobs + 60hrs/week - How do I get into a sustainable routine?
Post Body

I work as a college financial aid administrator and a biologist. With the exception of seasonal biology field work, both are 100% remote. I just got promotions at both of these jobs and will be going from 35hrs/wk to 60hrs/wk.

My financial aid job has set hours: M-F, 8am-5pm

The biology job is more of a work at my own pace schedule, I just have to log 20 hours of work each week.

I would really like to reserve my Friday nights and weekends for rest and social time (we all know how isolating WFH can be).

I’m considering getting in my biology hours M-T, 6pm-11pm OR 3am-8am (me going to bed around 7pm with the latter option).

Just curious if any of you other remote workers share a similar work dynamic, and if you have any guidance on how to create a sustainable work routine. What works for you and what doesn’t?
