Master League faster player development? (PS5)

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is any way to speed up the way players develop in Master League (PES2021). Getting 3 per year seems really slow for me, even having the young players starting and scoring goals it's so hard to see actual progress or reward.

Is there a way to make player development faster or more exciting? Should I just go for the 16 yearold reborn legends and skip matches like crazy until they are usable?

I'm on PS5, so I don't think (correct me if I'm wrong) mods are possible.
