PES 2020 Lite MyClub data cross platform?

Hi everyone, I have a question about MyClub that I haven't found an answer to, even though I'm pretty sure what the answer is. I play PES 2020 Lite on PS4, but I also have a mid range (but capable of running PES 2020) 2015 gaming laptop. I would like to play PES 2020 Lite on this laptop too because sometimes the TV is being used, but I don't know if the MyClub data is synced between platforms, or if I'll have to start over again. Does anyone know this? Thanks in advance to everyone that answers.
