What did i miss(manager names are wrong again)

Hi all. I was using a patch and everything was working fine. Since the last update, i tried a new patch(Ultimate patch-facepack-stadiums from evo-web and ultimate gfx mod). Now, everything is working just fine, no sider problems, all the teams and kits are right, but i seem to have lost all my manager names. Klopp is back to Zeitzler for example. Did i miss something, or, is there another file i should install to just fix the manager names? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Could it be a DP3 p[roblem maybe? I was using the evoweb patch before this with no problems.
