Option file kits not showing pre-game?

I have used Pes universe's option file but when getting into a game the kits aren't showing so I cant see what I'm picking. They're fine in game though just getting a lot of kit clash because I'm choosing blind. Anyone else had this issue/know what I've done wrong? Cheers.
