Best way to get a jump on 3/4 star silver teams in 2020?

I fell in love with the 3 star and 4 star teams and trying to scout the top silvers for each position this year but i got into it way too late. This coming release i want to get a jump right out of the gates. I use PES Database to get all my info but as i understand it, that will be gone at the start of PES 2020 until they can get all the new data. Anyone have some hints on ways i can find out the best silvers while i wait for PES Database to come on without having to go through each team through the scout menu? I want to get a good jump on team scouts early. Any thoughts?
