Fraudulent I1639 Signature Gathering in the U-District
Post Body

Something I thought I'd share, which I ran in to today on the Ave when I stopped for a drink at Schultzy's.

I was approached by a signature gatherer about I1634, the one trying to stop municipalities in Washington from enacting sugar taxes. I hadn't researched that one yet, and told him as much. While he was going on his spiel about how little time was left for me to research before signatures were do, a breeze ruffled the information sheet about I1634 out of the way for me to see the actual signature sheet... Which was for I1639.

Now, I'm not sure how (or to who) to report this, or what repercussions it could have for the individual (let me know if you know...), but I DO know it's something you should all look out for.
