How come compared to an equivalent dose of Ritalin or concerta, vyvanse has less of an impact on heart rate and anxiety for me personally? Is this a normal thing / is there reasons behind this. Like the release mechanism for example. Obviously good chance this is likely to be randomly specific to me, but wondering if there’s extra info on this.
