How can I tell if it’s vyvanse or something else?

For the ladies - How does vyvanse generally make you feel on your period?
This would be my 3rd period while on vyvanse and I honestly can’t tell if I’m annoyed/irritated because of my period or because of vyvanse. I know it’s too early to tell since it’s only been 3-4 months on vyvanse.
I can’t remember if this happened the last months and I usually am not in this mood around my period without vyvanse.

My therapist‘s research area was how hormonal changes affect ADHD and other psychological phenomena. It seems generally understood that hormonal changes affect ADHD symptoms, especially increasing them in the days before the period. This has also been my experience for sure (I‘m not on hormonal BC btw).
My psychiatrist also agrees with my therapist and they both suggested an increased dose (50mg vs my normal 40mg) for the week leading up to my period. So far it‘s helping it seems. I still get PMS, but it seems like this way I can at least I stop ADHD symptoms specifically to spike during that time.
