Psych won’t prescribe stimulants while pregnant

I’m 7 weeks pregnant this week and my psych said I could take the remainder of my meds because it’s safe, but she does not continue to prescribe them to pregnant women. This has me concerned since it’s the only way I can function. I typically take 50mg vyvanse in the morning and 10mg adderall IR in the afternoon the have cut down to just 20mg vyvanse and that’s it. She still won’t prescribe it. Is this normal?
