Facial Flushing?

Iām on 30mg of Vyvanse and just recently started it about 3 weeks ago. I noticed that when Iām taking it my face gets super hot and very red, and almost patchy. Sometimes it even goes down my chest. Iām getting conflicting info if this is a side effect or an allergic reaction? Has anyone else experienced a similar reaction??
