Is it normal for a doctor to prescribe 70mg

I used to be on 30mg of adderall twice a day, but since the adderall shortage my doctor changed me to 70mg of vyvance. I just recently learned that 70mg is the highest dose you can get… and this guy wanted me on adderall AND vyvance… I don’t think this is normal.
Sometimes I get wired off my ass off vyvance, as much or maybe even more than my adderall, for longer, it sucks sometimes :(
