Ok.. this is a bit weird question: I've been toying around with vuforia for a short while, using mostly a combo of SparkoCam and my DSLR. I'm doing several tests right now on how to manage the basics of the scene, which comprises turning it on and off A LOT, which makes the mirror going up and down lot of times, which is something I don't want to do to my camera.
So, I'm looking for alternatives, ideas or whatevers on what to do to being able to setup a decent testing environment; the straightforward option is just getting an actual webcam, but AR is the only use I have for it, and can't really justify the expense for this development. I have a mobile phone and a tablet, and I've been looking around an app called "IP Webcam" or something like that, but I would like to know if there's other option around there I could take a look to (Specially if they are open source). I'm on Windows 7, btw.
Thanks!
