So my experience buying from Vroom has been a mixed bag. Started looking for vehicles in early January, found one I liked towards the end of the month. For some reason when I went to link my Bank with Plaid it wouldn’t connect, so I had to get a cashiers check. Not the end of world and a slight inconvenience for me but it is what it is.
They send me over a FedEx for the check and it was delivered on the 28th. My car was delivered today on the 8th of February within a acceptable time span. However during this whole time span I had no communication from anyone from Vroom and the App showed zero update. On the exterior it looks like the car was fine. Even looks like they filled in a chip that was on the vehicles photos online anyways which was a added bonus. However my issue was that the driver seat had a huge oil stain on the seat. The tow truck driver told me to take it up with Vroom and now I’m trying to get them to either get it detailed or promise to reimburse me if I do
