Has anyone had their offer price change?

Was wondering if anyone has had Vroom change their price to buy your car? When is their offer set and they can no longer adjust it? My car moves quick on these sites and don't want to get burned by a big price swing after they pick up the car. Or are they locked in after paperwork is signed
