First, I will say I was skeptical after reading horrible reviews. However, I decided to give it a shot and my experience was a great one. I will say as long as you are not in a rush for a vehicle, then definitely go with them. Found the car I wanted , better than what was here locally, lower miles, and better price. Here is my timeline:
8/22/23 - Paid Reserve Deposit
8/22/23 - Online Contracts Received and Signed
8/24/23 - Online Docs confirmed by Vroom
8/25/23 - Physical Docs received from Vroom
8/25/23 - Paid Downpayment
8/28/23 - Signed Notarized and Returned docs
8/29/23 - Payment confirmed
8/30/23 - Deal Finalized
9/8/23 - Car shipped from New York Hub
9/14/23 - (730am email) car arrived ATL Hub, Received call from a TX number at 10am to confirm delivery window of 11am to 1pm. Car gets delivered 1215 pm on Vroom single flatbed in front of my house.
It is like a hurry up and wait type of process though. I did get worried at first because I received an initial shipment date of 9/3 but I received a call from my support agent on 9/7 saying it was not picked up due to inspections. However, it was picked up next day. The Vroom reps give extended days just to cover themselves. I received the most accurate information from the Hub it is assigned to after it has shipped. So my process overall was very smooth. Just be patient with them and you will get your car. I had to keep telling myself this is not Amazon lol Car is in great condition and will be taking it in for an inspection very soon. Looks even better in person! Good luck to you all on your future purchases. Happy Customer so far.
