Proxima 6.0 Resin not Solidifying

So I took a break from printing for about a month due to some financial issues. Well after replacing old resin, cleaning the machine, leveling the build plate again, and inspecting the machine I've attempted three prints and the resin doesn't want to solidify. There is no cured resin in the vat or on the build plate. The resin is sitting just above 73 degrees with ambient air temp of 72. The resin is brand new and was put through about 5 minutes or rigorous shaking. Any ideas what could be wrong?
