I swiped through the contents of the app, sighing a little as I rubbed my growling stomach. It had been hours since my last meal and I needed something, someone, to fill the void. To get me through the night and into the morning at which time I'd go back to scrolling again.

I was a predator. A recent development in recent evolution, humans across the world were finding that they could eat large quantities of food without suffering any lasting I'll effects. The stomach could bulge, but it would typically go back to shape, the body became more elastic and able to accommodate larger objects. It was all the rage in those early days to swallow whole turkeys and have no problem. Cooking the food wasn't even necessary for many.

But that's only how it started.

Eventually, someone had the idea to eat a person. And when asked, the predator declared it was the best meal of their life. And it seemed to be enjoyable for the prey as well, as the screams and cries of the "victim" were nothing but orgasmic and full of bliss. Scientists eventually sent down willing volunteers with recording equipment and they described a lack of pain, or if they did it was because they liked pain to begin with.

In the end, it was determined not a big deal and predators became accepted in society. And once the predator population was accepted, it had an added benefit: normal humans showed to have increased sexual appetite and faster mating cycles. Having a child was not as long a process and development was rapid it wasn't uncommon to have a person reach full maturity, mental and physical, in a fraction of the time.

It was a meat eaters paradise.

So here I was, naked in my livingroom, looking for my next meal, or meals if I was lucky.

I looked at my phone and smiled as a potential match crossed my screen and I giggled excitedly.
