There was once this well edited video of Super Mario Bros. 2 (US version) where there is direct gameplay footage of the Boss Fight against the Great Wart, but at some point Mario accidentally jumps into Wart’s mouth & Wart repeatedly opens & closes his lips over Mario before eventually swallowing Mario down, where you could now see Mario’s hand prints pop up on the outside of Wart’s belly, all the while this happens Mario’s health continually depletes most likely due to being digested & eventually the Game Over screen comes up after Mario loses all his health.

I really liked this Vore Edit & have been scouring the internet for it, but have never found it.
